The head of the scientific directions assigned to the FSUE “VNIIFTRI”: time and frequency and long length measurements, determination of the Earth rotation parameters, time-positioning and navigation measurements (including application of the GLONASS system signals), geodetic and gravimetric measurements, measurements of radio technical and magnetic quantities, acoustic, hydroacoustic and hydrophysical measurements, physico-mechanical measurements, physico-chemical measurements, low-temperature measurements, measurements of parameters of ionizing radiation.
Academician and member of the Presidium of the Metrological Academy.
Member of the editorial board of the magazine Measurement Techniques.
Awarded 6 medals, the Memorial Medal of the Interstate Council for Standardization.
Author of more than 100 scientific papers.
