Principles of relative acoustic gas thermometry are described. Basic expressions of the method are listed. Measurement and analysis technique is presented. Measurement setup for relative acoustic gas thermometry in the temperature range (4,2-273,16) K. developed in VNIIFTRI is described. Results of the measurements of the deviation of thermodynamic temperature from the temperature according to ITS-90 scale obtained by developed setup are presented.

Key words: relative acoustic gas thermometry, thermodynamic temperature, International temperature scale ITS-90.
