The developed optical frequency standard, became the first realized optical frequency standard based on cold atoms in Russia. Implementation of the optical frequency standard into the State primary standard of time and frequency, will allow to improve the reference base of the system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements in Russia and prepare the national time scale for redefinition of the second via the optical transition in the strontium atom.

Key words: budget of uncertainty of the advanced development model of frequency reference, vacuum chamber, beam, atomic source.
