The possibility of designing highly sensitive introscopes with a coded aperture for image registration of gamma radiation sources and mixed fast neutron and gamma radiation is considered. Position sensitive detectors (PSD) with selective registration of electrons and protons are used in introscope. The PSD is designed on the basis of scintillation detectors with digital identification of neutrons and gamma quanta by the shape of a pulse or Cherenkov detectors that register only electrons (protons from high energies), including in a pulsed mode. This makes it possible to obtain a separate neutron and gamma image.

Key words: neutron and gamma radiation, position sensitive detectors, scintillation detectors.
