The possibility of using the Kalman filter for synchronization and prediction of the time and frequency correction of the on-board time scale of GLONASS system spacecraft

The paper presents methodological approaches and the algorithm for synchronizing time scales and predicting corrections to space vehicles (SV) time on the bases of general Kalman filtering. The suggested approach will make it possible to process the data provided by a network of station by means of unified procedure at one processing sequence.
