Abstract. To create a noise-free navigation system based on measurements of the parameters of the Earth’s gravitational field, it is necessary to generate navigation gravimetric maps. In remote and hard-to-reach territories and waters, including in the Arctic zone, this is only possible with the use of space gravimetric means. Existing methods and means of space gravimetry do not meet the requirements for the accuracy, composition and detail of measurements of gravitational field parameters. The article proposes new methods of space gravimetry based on the use of a cluster of nanosatellites with on-board consumer navigation equipment.
Keywords: Earth’s gravitational field, gravitational potential gradient, nanosatellite cluster, onboard navigation equipment.
