Abstract. The paper studies the aerosol accumulation dynamics in the air environment of hermetic inhabited facilities under prolonged isolation conditions, as well as comparing the results of an aerosol sample with the results of the composition and number of microscope fungi spores for using an aerosol particle counter as an indicator of the microbial situation in conditions when microbial sampling is not possible or difficult.

Keywords: aerosol pollution, mycological pollution, aerosol accumulation, SIRIUS, PM2,5.
