The article deals with the main problematic issues that arise during the implementation, in accordance with the state program, of the Action Plan for import substitution in the radio electronics. The analysis of arising problematic issues is carried out, the ways of their solution are offered. The information about the carried out and planned actions for import substitution is stated.
