Information about development of standard samples of enriched isotopic composition was provided. Issues of possibility of application of standard samples of isotopic composition when realizing method of mass spectrometry with isotopic dilution were considered. Possibilities of mass spectrometry with inductive coupled plasma when measuring the isotopic element content are showed.
