An experimental sample of the comparator measuring route from 170 to 220 GHz and a low-temperature noise generator with an output waveguide cross section WR-5, which is used as a primary standard measure, are presented. A method for calculating the output noise temperature is considered, and the results of experimental tests for measurement of the temperature distribu-tion along the thermal insulating line are presented. The analysis of the mathematical model for calculation of the output noise temperature is carried out. The results of calculating the output noise temperature are presented.
