Results of one- and two way system comparisons of time scales research, intended for the defi-nition of a divergence between frequency and time standards time scales placed in two remote objects connected via the optical fiber communication line are presented in the report. It is shown that system uncertainly is less then 100 ps with a length of optical fiber communication line up to 30 km. Ways of error reduction and increase of system working range are offered.
