Article is stated principle of the work secondary voltage standard VET 13-13-01, using for reproducing the unit of the voltage а quantum effects in superconductor, in particular Josephson effect. The Standard is a base of the electric measurements to which also become attached many electro-chemical measurements. Happens the description and results of the metrological studies of the standard with 2001 on 2015.
