Current system for ensuring the uniformity of measurement exists since the soviet era. The mechanism of comparison the flow rate of gas is based on the transfer of its value from the state etalon to working measuring instruments. If direct measurement is impossible then the indirect reproduction is required. In recent years the level and number of measuring equipment has been increased significantly and the park of existing national etalons has to be reviewed. For this reason the idea to create a prototype of etalon for ultralow flow of gas was appeared.
