Currently, an assisted technology for navigating geophysical fields is being developed to provide consumer positioning. To ensure this system, information is needed on the parameters of the gravitational and magnetic fields of the Earth, which requires the development of a special reference document. The article presents the results of creating a draft background document for solving geodesy and navigation problems in near-Earth space, including the Earth’s gravitational and magnetic fields.
