Abstract. The article provides brief historical information, a description of the State Primary Standard of the Units of Time, Frequency, and the National Time Scale after the measures to improve it carried out in 2021. Comparative estimates of the metrological characteristics of the standard are presented. The directions of further development and improvement of the standard are given.
