Al’manac of Modern Metrology № 1 (41) 2025

The current issue of the “Almanac of Modern Metrology” — № 1 (41) 2025 — is presented as a thematic issue and is devoted to the problems of creating integrated autonomous navigation systems that include strapdown inertial navigation systems, GLONASS NUE, as well as correlation-extreme navigation systems that use the results of measuring the parameters of the Earth’s gravitational and magnetic fields.
The presented articles cover the following areas:
− methods and means of autonomous navigation by the Earth’s magnetic and gravitational
fields;
− new technologies for ground and space gravimetry and magnetometry;
− methods and means of preparing gravitational and magnetic maps;
− methods and means of metrological support for autonomous navigation systems.
The articles reflect the latest achievements in the field of navigation by geophysical
fields and are of undoubted interest to specialists in this field.
The issue was prepared based on the results of the III Scientific and Technical
Conference “Methods and Means of Navigation in Geophysical Fields”, which was
held on October 22–23, 2024.
