The standards base of GSVCh, it`s composition, main metrological characteristics of the State primary standard for time, frequency and national time scale GEVCh1-2012, state secondary standards for time and frequency, the working standard are described in the article. The technical resource of the Service for time and frequency (from the composition of GSVCh), metrological characteristics of quantity of reproducible units are presented in the article.
