The Russia Governmental Service of time, frequency and Earth’s orientation parameters determination is responsible on Earth’s orientation parameters determination in Russia according governmental decrees № 225 and № 323. The main tasks of Earth’s orientation service are considered. The brief description of the Earth’s rotation, Earth’s orientation parameters (EOP) and geodetic technics for EOP determination presented. The brief review of national and international EOP services presented too.
