Use of biomimetical semiconductor sensor in the study of weak magnetic fields

The article describes the physicochemical principles of developing a new type of element base for creating highly sensitive magnetometers for measuring magnetic field parameters in the range of 10-9 — 10-15 T. Physical models of the biomimetic sensor are based on measuring the effect on the semiconductor properties of complexes with a charge transfer of a magnetic field. A model of the molecular mechanism of magnetoreception of living organisms is used as a natural analogue.
