The measured integrated optical parameters of the deep cooling Fabry-Perot resonators with the mirrors of different optical materials under high power laser pumping are presented. The advantages of the calcium fluoride substrates for the mirrors are discussed.

Key words: cryogenic mirrors, Fabry-Perot resonators, gravitational-wave antennas.
