Abstract. This paper presents the results of the development of an intersattelite interferometer for “The SOIGA” space gravity-wave antenna project on GLONASS orbits to register gravity waves in the frequency range of 0,01 to 1 Hz. The main units of the interferometer and principles of their construction are described. The results of experimental studies to determine the accuracy characteristics of the setup are presented.
