Abstract. The work is devoted to the analysis of the level of metrological support for the output control of products of rocket and space technology in the framework of pre-flight preparation of products using the example of a multi-zone scanning device. A comparative analysis of the existing methodology for assessing the reliability of control has been carried out, and options for its improvement have been proposed. Recommendations are proposed for making changes to the methodology for assessing the reliability of control results in order to identify errors in formulas.
