Abstract. The paper presents the results of analysis of existing capacitive nano-displacement meters and describes possibilities of their application for the promising domestic gravitational-wave antenna “SOIGA”. A schematic diagram and the appearance of the developed nanomotion sensor prototype are presented. The results of a nanomotion sensor prototype study using a special stand to determine its sensitivity are listed.

Keywords: gravitational-wave antenna, capacitive nanomotion sensor.
