About the requirements for building an energy efficiency control system of artifical oil lift

Abstract. The article discusses the requirements for the construction of energy efficiency control systems (EECS). An analysis of the main problems associated with their use in the process of mechanized oil production was carried out. As a result of the analysis, the authors propose requirements for the structure of the EECS and its metrological support, which opens up the possibility of creating a specia­lized control system that can function effectively in the operating conditions of a mechanized well stock. An integrated method for the development of EECS is proposed, covering the collection of data on the condition of equipment and sepa­rate accounting (technical means of control) of elec­tricity for a more detailed analysis of production processes. The developed approach and principles can serve as the basis for developing technical requirements for energy con­sump­tion monitoring systems at oil and gas production enterprises. The developed principles and requirements can be taken into account when creating an EECS adapted to the needs of the oil and gas industry.
