Development of methods for identifying sugar by its origin

The paper proposes a method for determining stained sugar counterfeit by spectrophotometry. The possibility of identifying dyes by the method of HPLC and HPLC-MS is shown. The possibility of determining the place of origin and manufacturer of sugar by HPLC-MS was revealed.
