New generation standard-bearer for high-precision comparison of time scales

An article describes general characteristics of time and frequency measurements. Also the method of comparing time scales by means of transported quantum clocks and its influencing factors analysis are briefly presented. Finally some proposals for developing of a new generation transportable standard based on the results of existing portable clock performances study are given.
