Analysis of the existing regulatory framework to ensure the uniformity of measurement for reference materials and development of proposals for its harmonization with international law

The documents of the International Organization of Legal Metrology, the International Organization for Standardization, the International Organization for Laboratory Accreditation, the regulatory and legal framework of the Russian Federation, the EEU member states, the BRICS and EU countries in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements with respect to standard samples of radiation-sensitive materials are considered. The analysis of the provisions of the regulatory and legal framework of the Russian Federation in the field of standard samples within the framework of the works for improving the regulatory legal framework of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements on standard samples is carried out.
The experience of the EEU member states, the BRICS and EU countries, special requirements for standard samples of radiation materials, type approval, production, application, information support has been studied. It is shown that the application of international documents in the field of SO shall be based on the provisions of the governing documents, standards, directives, regula-tions. The features of reference of materials to standard samples or measures are considered.
