The optical frequency standard on the aluminum ions: evaluations of interaction effects of the ion trap and by the blackbody radiation

The main principles of the work for an optical frequency standard on aluminium ion are given in the present paper. Detailed analysis for the budget of uncertainties for such kind of standard is given.
