The features of construction of high-frequency voltage calibrators in the frequency range (0.1–30) MHz are considered. The methodic, sheet-oriented and algorithmic principles of improving the accuracy of calibrators at high frequencies are analyzed. The characteristics of the new calibrator H5-7/1, in which the principles outlined are implemented.
