Measurement of the harmonic factor and the relative level of harmonics using a digital oscilloscope

The work assesses the possibility of using digital oscilloscopes for measuring the harmonic distortion factors and the relative level of harmonics when verifying complex-shaped signal generators.
Special software for the C8-203 / 2 oscilloscopes has been developed and its metrological characteristics have been studied using the generator-calibrator of SK6-122-01 harmonic signals.
