Development of a calibration board based on a coplanar line for verification and testing of high frequency voltage probes

Annotation. The article talks about the development of a calibration board, its study by pulse and harmonic methods. Preliminary simulation was carried out and the calculated values of the geometric dimensions for the manufacture of the calibration board were obtained. The values of the amplitude frequency characteristics of the calibration board are obtained, which are used for measurements.
