Annotation. The paper considers the method of mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, describes the procedure for preparing samples, the parameters of the spectrometer when carrying out and processing the measurement results. The results of the international comparison EURAMET.QM-S11 are presented to confirm the correctness of the measurements.
