Constructional and metrological features of acousto-optical alcoholmeters

Annotation. The article presents the features of a number of acousto-optic alcoholmeters created at VNIIFTRI and designed to measure the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol in multicomponent alcohol-containing solutions.
The developed alcoholmeters meet the modern requirements for the production of alcoholic beverages and are recommended for use in the relevant state standards; corresponding measurement methods are certified.
