The results of experimental studies are presented, which showed the possibility of measuring the difference of the system time scales of computers synchronized from precise time sources relative to UTC (SU) using various methods that are described in the article. It is argued that these measurement methods can be used in the development of AIMS CEPM test motors and similar systems for approving the type of SI in terms of time measurement.
