Calculation of measurement uncertainty during automated verification of digital oscilloscopes

The software has been developed to automate verification of digital oscilloscopes. The budgets of measurement uncertainties have been calculated for measurement of DC voltage, for measurement of the reference generator frequency and for measurement of the oscilloscope rise time. Calculation of measurement uncertainties during verification and analysis of the verification results with various coverage factors of expanded uncertainty have been implemented in the software.
