The description of neutron radiometer RNZ, that was developed for measuring neutron flux of point radioisotope neutron sources, is given inside. The design of compact moderation installation of radiometer is briefly described. The process of fast neutron moderation, that was emitted by different neutron sources with different spectra, is described. The sensitivity of neutron radiometer to fast neutrons of different neutron sources type is measured. According to the results of the research, an analysis was carried out of the possibility of using a RNZ radiometer for scientific and metrological purposes.

Key words: neutron flux radiometer, the flux of the neutron source, sources of fast neutrons.
