The articles are based on the concepts, results of investigations, and conclusions from the papers presented at the all-Russian scientific-technical conference &#171;Metrology of physicochemical measurements&#187; held in Mendeleevo in October 2015 and organized by Rosstandart, VNIIFTRI and ZAO Innovatsionnye technologii &#171;Test-Pribor&#187;.
